Narrative:
c/no 679 DH.60X Moth with auto-slots [Cirrus II]: registered G-EBZH [C of R 1680] 9.7.28 to Lionel John Porter Fowler, Richmond, Surrey; as nominee for Maurice Nathan of Fiat Motors Ltd (aircraft based at Stag Lane. Edgware, Middlesex). C of A 1535 issued 24.7.28. Re-registered [C of R 2273] 19.9.29 to Brooklands School of Flying Ltd, Brooklands but as nominee for German owner R Runtz-Rees. UK Registration G-EBZH cancelled 2.7.32 as 'sold abroad'.

Re-registered in Germany as D-2298 7.32 to B.A Kohls, Berlin. Crashed on landing Berlin-Templehof 30.7.32. Lost control in a turn and crashed from 50 metres near Tempelhof Airport, Berlin while on a political propaganda flight, the passenger died of his wounds in hospital the same day.

Registration D-2298 cancelled 8.32 as destroyed. However, registered 7.33 to Wiesner & Co, Berlin and UK C of A issued 6.9.33. To Deutsche Luftsport-Verband (DLV).

Crashed on landing Berlin-Templehof 4.3.34 (see separate entry). Possibly repaired and returned to service, as UK C of A renewed 6.2.35 with German registration is the D-E... series.
