Narrative:The aircraft experienced a noseover during a takeoff attempt at Canyonlands Field Airport (CNY/KCNY), Moab, Utah. The tailwheel equipped airplane sustained unreported damage and one occupant onboard received minor injuries. One occupant onboard the aircraft was not injured during the incident.
