The aircraft, an experimentally Forsich Edward amateur built Bushby Mustang II, landed hard between the runway and taxiway during an aborted takeoff attempt at Worcester Regional Airport (ORH/KORH), Massachusetts.
The airplane sustained substantial damage and the two people onboard were not injured. Subsequent investigation showed bent aileron actuator rod hung on passageway causing uncontrolled roll
