C of A 1009 issued 29.7.26. Sold and Re-registered [C of R 1451] 2.8.27 to Miss Sicele J.M. O'Brien, Stag Lane.
Written off when spun in and crashed at Mote Mount Golf Course, Mill Hill, Middlesex, 20.10.28. (Pilot had not coupled up the rudder bar prior to instructional flight); pilot, Miss O'Brien, who lost a leg, was badly injured, as was her passenger, Miss Mildred Leith.
Registration formally cancelled by the UK Civil Aviation Authority 2.11.28 as destroyed
