Narrative:
Crashed at Obihiro, on approach to Kushiro Airport, Kushiro, Hokkaido Prefectuire, Japan (KUH).The aircraft was destroyed by impact, and post impact, fire when it apparently undershot, and collided with the localiser installation 200 metres short of the threshold of Runway 17 at Kushiro during the final stage of an ILS approach. All six person on board (pilot and five passengers) were killed.

The accident happened in daylight (11:07 hours Local time) but in poor weather with reduced visibility in fog. The aircraft was operating a flight from Sapporo.
