Following a loss of engine power shortly after takeoff, the aircraft failed to gain altitude and impacted the terrain of the Beaver Creek in Franklin Township, south of Lakefield Airport (CQA/KCQA), Celina, Ohio.
The airplane came to the rest inverted, sustaining substantial damage, and the sole pilot onboard the airplane received serious injuries.
