The aircraft experienced a flap related anomaly and a subsequent forced landing to maizefield terrain during an attempted go-around at Whiteside County Airport (SQI), Rock Falls, Illinois, during the 2021 ACCA.
The airplane came to the rest inverted, sustaining substantial damage, and the two people onboard were not injured.

The pilot in command was Dan Gryder, the person behind the Probable Cause - Dan Gryder youtube channel.
