Narrative:
During a training mission from Pila Air Base, IL-10 of 51.PLSz crashed near Blękwit, 30 km NE of Pila Air Base. Lt Marian Szymczak (pilot) and Sergeant Boleslaw Ziselski (air gunner) was killed.
