On October 22, 2021, at an undetermined time, a National Airlines Boeing 747-412(BCF), N756CA, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in a taxiing accident at the Azraq-Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, Azraq, Jordan.
There were no reported injuries to the crew onboard or people on the ground.

Preliminary information indicates the aircraft was taxiing out for departure without the ground equipment being removed, which resulted in a collision. Photos from the scene show serious damage to left wing canoe, leading-edge, and flaps. The aircraft is still on the ground at the time of writing. No statements were made by Jordan's CARC.
