To 4 EFTS RAF Brough, East Yorkshire 24.9.40. To Lundy & Atlantic Coast for repairs 11.12.40; to 10 MU Hullavington 14.2.41 when reapirs completed. To 1 [P] FTS RAF Hucknall, Nottinghamshire 23.3.41. To 25 [P] EFTS RAF Hucknall 26.6.41.
Written off when crashed following engine failure on take-off from RAF Hucknall, Nottinghamshire 28.10.41. Pilot - Leading Aircraftsman J Mazurkiewiez (Polish) - injured.
Not repaired; deemed "damaged beyond repair" and Struck of charge 2.11.41 as FACE (Flying Accident Cat.E).
