Written off (damaged beyond repair) 5.8.42 when crashed at RCAF Assiniboia, 7 miles North of Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. Pilot - Leading Aircraftman E Christie - survived but injured.
Not repaired; deemed "damaged beyond economic repair" and Struck Off Charge as Cat.A Flying Accident 11.2.43
