Narrative:
TUI Airlines Netherlands flight OR703, a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, diverted to Curaçao (CUR) after one of the flight deck windscreen panes completely shattered.
The aircraft had departed Bonaire at 00:51 UTC, bound for Amsterdam. At 01:52 UTC, while abeam Anguilla at FL390, the flight made a left hand 180 degree turn. A safe precautionary landing was made at CUR at 03:23 UTC.
