The aircraft took off from Aeródromo Pista São Jorge (SNYJ), Jacareacanga, PA, bound for an unregistered location in Comunidade Cabaçal, located in the municipality of Jacareacanga, PA, at around 17:50 UTC with one pilot and two passengers on board.
