Narrative:This aircraft sustained damage to the tailwheel on landing from a dual instruction sortie. The tailwheel failed as a result of repeated heavy landings during circuits and landings sorties.
Pilots P/O SL Cockbain, Sgt JR Cassels and their crew were unhurt.
