The aircraft took off from the Associação Recreativa Fazenda Bonanza (SDBN) Aerodrome, Salto de Pirapora, SP, for a local flight, with one crew member and two passengers on board. After takeoff, the aircraft collided with a eucalyptus plantation. A fire consumed the aircraft.
