Narrative:The aircraft sustained unreported but apparent substantial damage subsequent to impact with roadway terrain during an aerial application flight in Rapides Parish near of Cheneyville, Louisiana. The airplane crashed in the median between Northbound I-49 and the exit 56 off ramp.
The sole pilot onboard the airplane received fatal injuries.
