On the initial climb, the aircraft made a left turn, went into an uncontrolled attitude, crashed into a wooded area and became stuck in branches. A fire broke out and the aircraft burned out.
Conclusions
The aircraft accident was due to a loss of control in an uncoordinated left turn where the altitude reached was too low to subsequently regain a controlled attitude and/or trigger the rescue system.
