Narrative:The pilot of a Cessna 172S (D-EBTO) flew the ROMEO arrival route to Rotterdam/The Hague Airport and saw another aircraft (Cessna 172P, N98825) approaching at the same height and then descended to avoid a collision. Both aircraft passed each other with a small vertical distance.
