Narrative:The pilot of the tailwheel-equipped airplane reported that, during landing, and after the tailwheel touched the ground, the airplane began turning to the left. The pilot made an abrupt control input with the right rudder, which resulted in the airplane veering to the right side of the runway and colliding with a snowbank. The airplane subsequently nosed over substantially damaging the right wing. The pilot reported that there were no preaccident mechanical failures or malfunctions with the airplane that would have precluded normal operation.
Probable Cause: The pilot's failure to maintain directional control during landing.
