Narrative:Crash-landed after engine failure on take-off. Came to rest tipped on its nose. Pilot Ten Jorge Zambrano and passenger Oficial Luis Candia escaped uninjured. Undercarriage and engine damaged. Wings partially destroyed. Fuselage visually intact.
