Narrative:Hawaiian Airlines flight HA451, an Airbus A330-243, encountered severe turbulence, about five hours into the flight from Honolulu to Sydney.
The flight departed Honolulu on June 29 at 12:47, and landed in Sydney at 19:58 (June 30).
Twelve people were inspected by paramedics when the plane landed. One passenger and three staff members were taken to hospital with injuries and back pain.
