Narrative:
The helicopter was engaged on May 19, 1993 in inspecting a local power line running below and parallel to a main power line. After inspecting a line running off to a farmhouse, as the helicopter returned to the power line and it collided with the supporting cables of the main power line, went out of control and crashed near Siuntio, Finland.

All four person on board (pilot and three passengers) were killed. The accident happened in daylight and in VMC.
