Narrative:
Crashed 15.7.1987 on take off from Teesside Airport, Middleton St. George, County Durham, 15.7.1987 due to engine failure on take off fun. Pilot retracted undercarriage to bring aircraft to a rapid stop, but the aircraft came down on its belly, and slid off the runway on to the grass. No injuries reported to the four persons on board (crew of two plus two passengers).

Not repaired; deemed to have been damaged beyond economic repair, and registration G-AZHL cancelled by the CAA as aircraft "destroyed" on 17.3.1988

NOTE: While the AAIB report shows that the aircraft was being operated by Casair Aviation, the CAA database (see link #2) lists the registered owner as "Air Charter Scotland Limited"
