Narrative:
N13384 departed TJBQ on an IFR flight plan to STT. After performing a missed approach at STT, the incident aircraft climbed to 5,900' on ADSB-D before starting to descend, gaining speed, and being lost from radar at 9:17pm AST. Search operations were suspended on Monday 7 August 2023. Both occupants are deemed to have died in the crash.
