On 14 July 1942 during a Combat Mission, Hurricane of 157 IAP ran out of fuel and crashed during a forced landing near Korobaki, Kalinin Oblast, now Tver Oblast.
Ml/Lt Evgeniy Mikhailovich Batashov was killed.
