WITNESSES AT THE ACCIDENT SITE STATED THAT AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE ON N8937 BEGAN TO SPUTTER AND THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AT AN ALTITUDE OF APPROXIMATELY 50 TO 100 FEET AGL. CAUSE:
