Narrative:
Light Aero Avid Flyer Mk.IV Hauler G-BWRC: Written off (damaged beyond repair) 11.3.2023 when wrecked in a forced landing at East Winch Airfield, near Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Correspondence-only investigation, published on 9.6.2023 and the following is the summary from the AAIB report:

"During a forced landing following an engine failure, the nose landing gear and main landing gear collapsed".

The damage sustained was presumably severe enough to warrant the airframe as "damaged beyond economic repair", as the registration G-BWRC was cancelled (and the aircraft de-registered) on 27.7.2023 as "Permanently Withdrawn From Use".

G-BWRC was first UK registered on 22.2.1996, and was with its sixth owner "from new" at the time of the above incident
