Narrative:
Struck a mud mound in river Amazonas and crashed. V Agropamiento Aéreo. Mechanic S.Of. Carlos Mellet drowned and body not found. Ten FAP Carlos Weston and Ten Vasquéz de Velazco suffered injuries. The two passengers escaped uninjured.
