Narrative:
Crashed in Andes mountains, about 15 km from Huaytará, Huancavelica Departamento, during the first leg of raid Lima-Cusco-Puno-Arequipa-Moquegua-Mollendo-Lima. Pilot Ten César Cossío Becerra died and mechanic Octavio Méndez Ibáñez survived seriously injured.
