Narrative:
Bréguet 25 of Ten Brizuela and observator Astudillo collided on take-off with the Bréguet 33 of Ten Peña while partizipating in a exercise with an artillerie regiment. Ten Brizuela was seriously injured. Ten Pena and Astudillo were slightly injured.
