Ditched at the entrance of Marasxlokk Bay after beeing shot down. Crew saved by Sapper Spiro Zammit of 24 Fortress Company royal Engeneers. He was awarded the British Empire Medal.

Crew: Lt. Robert Henley and Naval Airman A.S. Rush.
