Narrative:
A Skyline Helicopters Ltd AgustaWestland AW119 MkII Koala, operating for Northern Escape Heli-Skiing, crashed when impacted terrain in the Skeena Mountains, about 20NM northwest of Terrace, British Columbia.
Four occupants perished and three suffered critical injuries and the helicopter was written off.
