Narrative:The aircraft was attempting a landing on runway #11, on approach the pilot neglected to lower the landing gear on the aircraft. Upon touchdown, the aircraft skidded on its fuselage approximately 400 feet, coming to rest in the center grass median. The pilot was the only occupant and was uninjured. The Federal Aviation Administration and NTSB were notified. The airport was closed for 1-1/2 hours during the investigation and re-opened without further issue.
