Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT WHILE LANDING THE BALLOON IN A FIELD, THE BASKET MOMENTARILY TIPPED OVER, RESULTING IN THE OCCUPANTS FALLING DOWN. ONE OF THE PASSENGERS FRACTURED HER FOOT.
Probable Cause: The pilot's improper touchdown which resulted in a rollover.
