Narrative:THE PILOT PULLED UP EARLY WHILE ENGAGED IN AERIAL APPLICATION ACTIVITIES AT DUSK, STRIKING A POWER TRANSMISSION LINE WITH THE LEFT WING. THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED, SUSTAINING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
Probable Cause: CLEARANCE FROM POWERLINES WAS NOT MAINTAINED. FACTORS INCLUDE DUSK LIGHT CONDITIONS.
