Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THE BRAKES LOCKED UP ON TOUCHDOWN WHICH RESULTED IN THE AIRPLANE GROUNDLOOPING AND NOSING OVER. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE AIRPLANE REVEALED THE PARKING BRAKE WAS SET.
Probable Cause: the pilot's improper use of the parking brake.
