Narrative:WHEN THE AIRPLANE TAXIIED OVER A BROKEN DRAINAGE GRATE ON THE TAXIWAY, THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED, CAUSING THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND RIGHT WING TIP TO STRIKE THE GROUND.
