Narrative:WHILE PRACTICING APPROACH TO LANDING STALLS THE STUDENT INADVERTENTLY EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM FLAP EXTENSION SPEED WITH THE FLAPS EXTENDED AND THE REAR SPAR WAS DAMAGED.
Probable Cause: INADVERTENT EXCEEDING OF VFE WITH THE FLAPS EXTENDED BY THE STUDENT PILOT WHILE PRACTICING MANEUVERS.
