Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE AIRPLANE SUSTAINED A LOSS OF POWER AND LANDED ON AN ABANDONED AIRSTRIP. THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, EXITED THE HARD SURFACE RUNWAY, AND NOSED OVER.
