Narrative:THE AIRPLANE WAS TAXIING FOR TAKEOFF WHEN IT STRUCK A PARKED GROUND POWER UNIT ON THE RAMP.
Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN VISUAL LOOKOUT AND CLEARANCE. THE CONGESTED RAMP WAS A FACTOR.
