Narrative:THE PILOT APPROACHED WITH FULL FLAPS AND CUT THROTTLE BEFORE THE THRESHOLD. WHEN HE FLARED, THE AIRPLANE STALLED 5 TO 10 FEET ABOVE THE RUNWAY AND LANDED HARD.
