Narrative:THE DATE, TIME, & CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE ACCIDENT COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE DAMAGE TO THE AMPHIBIOUS AIRPLANE WAS DISCOVERED WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT OUT OF THE WATER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.
