Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY COMPENSATE FOR THE WIND CONDITIONS AND FAILURE TO PROPERLY FLARE THE AIRPLANE. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE CROSSWIND CONDITION.
