THE PILOT STATED HE COULD NOT GET THE WHEEL BACK ON THE RUNWAY AND ALLOWED THE AIRPLANE TO ROLL ONTO THE GRASS. THE NOSEWHEEL ENTERED A DITCH, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER.
