THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT, WHICH WAS BEING FLOWN FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER RESTORATION, WAS RUNNING RICH. HE SAID THAT WHEN HE MOVED THE THROTTLE FORWARD, OUT OF IDLE, THE ENGINE 'LOADED UP' AND QUIT.
