Narrative:A WITNESS OBSERVED THE AIRPLANE FLYING WITH RIGHT WING CLOSE TO THE GROUND. THE RIGHT WING CONTACTED THE GROUND AND THE AIRPLANE FLIPPED OVER.
Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE ALTITUDE ABOVE THE GROUND.
