Narrative:WHILE CONDUCTING A SWATH RUN DURING AGRICUTURAL CHEMICAL APPLICATION, THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE FROM TERRAIN AND COLLIDED WITH A DITCH.
Probable Cause: A FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE PILOT IN COMMAND TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE TERRAIN CLEARANCE.
