THE CFI FURTHER REPORTED THAT HE RAISED THE COLLECTIVE WHICH INDUCED A LOW ROTOR RPM SITUATION. THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT ALTITUDE TO RECOVER AND THE HELICOPTER TOUCHED DOWN HARD.
