Narrative:THE PILOT WAS GROUND HANDLING THE ACFT FOR TAKEOFF INTO THE WIND, WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, WHEN HE INADVERTANTLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE PROPELLER.
