Probable Cause: FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DURING THE LANDING, WHICH RESULTED IN A GROUND SWERVE. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE: THE PILOT'S MISJUDGEMENT OF DISTANCE, SPEED, AND ALTITUDE ON FINAL APPROACH AND HIGH VEGETATION (TALL GRASS & BRUSH) BESIDE THE RUNWAY.
